NOTE: If you attempt to register a newly purchased plate and someone has already registered it....
If the number on the back of your plate in the first-time registration is a duplicate, please contact us immediately. Villeroy & Boch discovered print errors made on several plates during production and have created replacements. If you suspect your plate falls into this category, please contact Tandy Ulleg at Tandy@KitchenAid.com or (269) 923-4597. Rest assured KitchenAid continues to make a $5 donation for each plate registered and passed. This issue will not affect the donations for any registered plate.

Chef Ming Tsai of Blue Ginger restaurant in Massachusetts passes the plate for Cook for the Cure®
Chef Ming Tsai Passes the Plate

Chef Ming Tsai joins Jacques and Claudine Pepin and other celebrity chefs in supporting Cook for the Cure® and its new Pass the Plate program. By passing this special Villeroy & Boch plate to a friend, Tsai kicks off another chain of recipe sharing and donations benefiting Susan G. Komen for the Cure®.

Best known for his innovative east meets west cuisine, Tsai is shown here preparing a delicious Warm Tomato and Sesame-Crusted Goat Cheese with Cranberry-Balsamic Syrup for a friend. A twist on an Italian dish, “the recipe sounds complicated, but is surprisingly simple to prepare”, says Tsai.

“I want to encourage people to share their passion for cooking not only by making great food, but by enjoying it with loved ones,” he added. “Cooking and eating are two of life’s most amazing pleasures, and sharing new discoveries while supporting a cause makes them doubly satisfying.”

In addition to managing his restaurant Blue Ginger in Wellesley, Massachusetts, Tsai currently hosts and produces the public television cooking show, Simply Ming.
